RICK CUMMINGS

 

Coach Cummings is married to Kim Cummings and has been for 26 years, he is the father of 4 children.  Coach Cummings has been coaching youth sports for 35 years.  Coach Cummings has committed his entire adult life to coaching youth sports.  Rick also umpired for 20 years learning the sport for both sides of the plate.  He umpired the 4A state final in 2004 and retired from umpiring to pursue his passion, fast pitch softball.  He has been a part of the Ultimate Organization for 10 years, he took over the organization from Allen Marcum as the head of organization in 2007.  Over his years of coaching and giving lessons over 50 of his students and player have attended college on some type of scholarship.  The Ultimate Organization has expanded to 9 teams in 2014 and continues to grow.  Ultimate is the oldest Organization in the state of Oklahoma that continues to operate.  The goal for Coach Cummings as the Director of the organization is to see his students and players further their skills as a college player on scholarship and become quality adults.
